Rich Baked Wild Alaskan Salmon With Lemon and Dill
Food Ingredients:
1 pound salmon filets 1 large lemon , zested and sliced 4 sprigs dill 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Recipe preparation:
1 Preheat oven to 350. 2 Spray foil with cooking spray. 3 Top salmon filet with garlic and lemon zest. 4 Layer onion, lemon and dill on top of salmon. 5 Make 20 – 30 minutes until fish just flakes. Do not overcook, or you will have dry fish.
