Raw Vegan Banana Crepes With Plum Filling

Food Ingredients:
2 bananas 2 tablespoons sprouted buckwheat flour 1 juice of lemon 8 ripe plums

Recipe preparation:
1 Process the bananas with lemon juice til creamy. Add the flour and mix. Spread on to dehydrator trays. Dehydrate. 2 Wash and take out the seeds of the plums. Don’t peel! Process til smooth, add honey if necessary. When the crepes are done, fill them with the plum sauce and drizzle coconut milk on top or honey. It’s crazy good! I hope you give them a try! They are to die for! I swear!
