    Looks good, Larry. I think I'd be tempted to try balsamic instead of lemon juice in the stuffing mixture.

    Got to say, mussels are my favourite shellfish and you have done them just right~ You cannot beat a fresh mussel for flavor, and you done these babies pretty darn impressively!
