Quick Chaat

Food Ingredients:
3 cups Bengal gram flour, 2 tablespoons Onion and Potato, cut into small pieces 2 tablespoons Carrot and Corn (grated), 1 tablespoon Paneer (grated), 1 teaspoon Turmeric pd and Coriander pd, 1 teaspoon Red Chilly pd, A Pinch Soda bi carb, 1 tablespoon Hot Oil Salt to taste

Recipe preparation:
1 METHOD: Make a batter of the above listed. 2 Put oil to fry to heat and drop 15- 20 small pakoras, when golden brown take them out. Put in water to soak in which add some salt and red chilly powder has been added. Press and squeeze the water out after at least half an hour. 3 FOR THE CHAAT: NEED : 12 Cup Sev and Sprouts, 4 Boil the sprouts with salt and some turmeric pd. 5 Need half cup Sweet Chutney, 6 Need half cup Green Chutney, 7 Need Chopped Onions, 8 Need half Cup Thick Curd, 9 Churn the curd and add salt, cumin pd, sugar and some red chilly pd). 10 Make the chaat by arranging 5-6 pakoras on this pour the curd put the sprouts, onion then the green chutney, sweet chutney,sprinkle the sev and garnish with pomegranate and coriander leaves.
