Punjabi Ojri Curry

Food Ingredients:
1 Ojri (mutton) 3 Onion chopped 2 inches Ginger crushed piece 1 Garlic crushed 3 Tomatoes chopped 1 cup Oil Fresh Coriander leaves for garnish 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli cutter 1 teaspoon Haldi powder 2 teaspoons Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Garam Masala powder

Recipe preparation:
1 Throughly clean and wash Ojri with water and detergent then cut into pieces. 2 Take all ingredients in a pan except fresh coriander leaves and Garam Masala, add 4 glass of water and cook on medium flame for 2-3 hours till Ojri is tender. Evaporate water on high flame then lower the flame and cook till oil is separates out. Sprinkle Fresh Coriander leaves and Garam Masala and simmer for 5 minutes. 3 Delicious Ojri Curry is ready. 4 Serve with Tandoori Roti/Naan.
