Potato Cream Cheese Casserole

Food Ingredients:
12 potatoes, cooked, mashed 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 eggs, beaten 2 tablespoons fresh onion, chopped 2 tablespoons chives, chopped 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1 can French fried onion rings

Recipe preparation:
1 Combine mashed potatoes and cheese. Beat until well blended. Add eggs, fresh onion, chives, parsley and pepper. Spoon into well greased casserole dish. Top with canned onion rings. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
