    I have been making this about once a month but use hot peppers. I also add
    the onions and peppers with the gravy half way through cooking and shred
    after. The 2nd cook time really isn’t necessary.

    You can also use the leftover beef in enchiladas, tacos and also add your
    favorite bbq sauce. Cook once for 3 different meals.

    to use both packages of the au jus mixes, mixing them with the liquid from
    the slow cooker.
