    @parrotguy Hello, it's beef! Did you know that steak tartare is completely raw and completely safe to eat? Obviosuly, you know nothing about beef.

    if he use low grade sirloin steak, i believe the steak will turn like rubber band, the heat from the pan in just too over, (we can see the sinew start to shrink too much)

    Terrible recipe … firstly season the steak with salt and pepper rub it with a little oil or use melted butter in the pan,  cook it on a high to medium heat for a few minutes each side, let it rest and then you can make a pepper corn sauce in the same pan….deglaze the pan . you can use shallots or onions, a stock cube, double cream, crushed peppercorn use a pestle and mortar sprinkle of salt  and cook till it gets to the required consistency, you can all add  mushrooms…… why do people put up videos when they can barely cook….. you end up teaching other people how to cook as bad as you
