You put the cooked steak on the same plate when it was raw?! Are you ok?!
Terrible recipe … firstly season the steak with salt and pepper rub it with a little oil or use melted butter in the pan, cook it on a high to medium heat for a few minutes each side, let it rest and then you can make a pepper corn sauce in the same pan….deglaze the pan . you can use shallots or onions, a stock cube, double cream, crushed peppercorn use a pestle and mortar sprinkle of salt and cook till it gets to the required consistency, you can all add mushrooms…… why do people put up videos when they can barely cook….. you end up teaching other people how to cook as bad as you
brandy subtitute…?
can it be made without alcohol since i don't drink?
Really nice recipe, do you use single or double cream?
Why did you add the steak back into the sauce?
Looks abselutely delicious :p
@parrotguy for real x
Normal cream or double cream?
If you want to stop your steak from curling like that, cut through the fat in a few spots.
completely safe from parasites?
@parrotguy lol you noob
@mcmorco Yes but it's expensive as hell cause they have to prepare and cleanse the meat.
if he use low grade sirloin steak, i believe the steak will turn like rubber band, the heat from the pan in just too over, (we can see the sinew start to shrink too much)
@parrotguy Are you sure you really know what you are talking about?
@parrotguy Hello, it's beef! Did you know that steak tartare is completely raw and completely safe to eat? Obviosuly, you know nothing about beef.
