So simple – love it! A family favorite of mine would have to be Chicken and Shrimp Gumbo – my dad would make this and we would gobble it up especially the second day when all of the flavors had time to marinate with one another!
Laura, I made this recipe two weeks ago. Actually I made it twice. It's really delicious. I'm from Catalonia and we have our typical traditional catalan sausages called "botifarra" which actually are basically the same sausauges you used here. Due to my work, I decided not adding garlick not to bother my work mates and I had some cream left in the fridge so I decided to add that cream. It was really great too!!!
