I also say your wrong about the alcohol not burning off in the cooking. If
that were the case ALL restaurants would have to inform patrons alcohol is
in the dishes in case people are allergic or on medication in which that
cant have any alcohol or addicts in recovery etc etc etc……Not to
mention if the wine in that dish still has alcohol then these restaurants
are serving minors booze! I ma sure a lot of under 21yr olds eat this dish
    there….lol

Looks delicious! Can’t find cheaper dry marsala wine, but I hope it adds to
the flavor. And does it matter if I use standard gold medal flour vs cake
flour? Finding cake flour was a problem.

Hi Stephanie, i have to say, i enjoyed this video very much. I love chicken
marsala and i plan on trying your recipe very soon. Great job on the steps
also. I was wondering if you can do a video on olive garden’s Spicy Shrimp
Scampi Fritta appetizer. I have been looking for a recipe online or how to
make it and so far no luck. I really hope you can make a video on it, i
would greatly appreciate it and I’m sure many other shrimp lovers will too
    :)

Could you re-create Olive Gardens Stuffed Marsala, I’m trying to get the
    right mixture for the stuffing.

I would recommend checking that chicken for doness. You didn’t put them
back into the sauce to cook any longer, my guess is those breasts were raw
    in the center.

I am a huge fan of The Olive Garden Chicken Marsala dish and always have it
when i am there and i enjoy mine with Angel hair pasta. I use this recipe
for the most part but i like my marsala wine sauce on the sweeter side like
they do it. I must say being Italian i don’t cook small portions and make
huge ones for the family. It’s a wonderful dish and it certainly is a big
hit in my family. Thank you for sharing your way!

Hi Stephanie….love the Olive Garden Chicken Marsala….and actually I
make a very close version of this…thankyou for sharing this delicious and
great ‘entertaining or party’ dish. Please don’t take this as a negative
comment…but just wanted you to know that I have a husband who is very
sensitive to anything with alcohol and if you cook or boil anything with
alcohol i.e. wine, marsala, brandy….the alcohol cooks out and doesn’t
affect my husband at all…I’ve served many dishes that I’ve cooked to my
children/grandchildren. But a dish like rum cake where you are pouring
over would definitely be a no no,,,,thanks again…love your channel!
