RECIPE for Adobo:
Chicken thighs, wings or drumsticks
4 cloves of garlic minced
1 medium onion
4 bay leaves
2 cups water
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of vinegar
4 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Saute garlic and onion
Put chicken in the pan and brown it
Add water, soy sauce, vinegar, & bay leaves (DO NOT MIX)
Add bay leaves
Bring to a boil and simmer for 30-40 minutes until chicken is tender
(I like to simmer mine on very low heat for 1 hr to 1 hr & 15 minutes. It makes the chicken extremely tender!)

for people who’s asking what Vinegar and Soy Sauce you will use, you have
to go to Asian store and look for Filipino Soy Sauce and Vinegar, the brand
is Datu Puti, I tried Kikkoman Soy Sauce on my adobo and it just look so
pale 🙁 I mean you can use ordinary vinegar and dark soy sauce but the
Filipino brand is the best to use for Adobo :)

yuuuum adobo is the BEST
I just tried it using this method! I put mine in a pressure cooker though
so that it can be extra juicy & tender & cook faster! I’m super excited for
the end result! ❤️
