Cutting a fork through a fresh slice of pie is so satisfying. The smooth texture, the light give of the crust, and then the gentle tug of the dessert as it moves to your mouth is something to be savored. And this peanut butter pie doesn’t even require baking — just a bit of patience while it sets in the freezer. We promise you’ll be rewarded for the wait.

There’s nothing like a delicious slice of pie, which is why we partnered with Weight Watchers for this easy recipe.

Peanut Butter Pie
From Weight Watchers

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup smooth reduced-fat peanut butter
4 ounces low-fat cream cheese
4 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese
12 ounces fat-free sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup light whipped topping, thawed if frozen
5 tablespoons mini chocolate chips, divided
6-ounce pie crust

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together peanut butter and both types of cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk and lemon juice. Fold in whipped topping and half of the mini chocolate chips.

Spoon the peanut butter mixture into prepared pie crust, and smooth top. Chop remaining tablespoon of chocolate chips, and sprinkle over the top. Cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours. Slice the pie into 10 pieces and serve.

how many points is this? sorry I didn’t see it!

Ya’ll should just blend some frozen bananas, dates, and peanut butter and
add them to a crust made out of dates and nuts. far better for you than all
    of this disgusting dairy

This looks absolutely delicious! But I’m going to stick with regular
ingredients. Just cause it says half the fat doesn’t mean it’s healthy for
you. Natural organic peanut butter is actually really good for you! :)

thought reduced fat stuff are unhealthier than the normal ones, it’s better
to use some alternative ingredients than using reduced fat stuff, just
    saying

Omg. That’s looks delicious! What the name of that song? I loved it!

You are better off with regular peanut butter. Reduced fat peanut butter
has more sugar to make up for the flavor lost from the lower fat content.
There are some great options if you don’t Iike the all natural kind that
you have to stir: Smart Balance, Skippy Naturals 1/3 less sugar/sodium. If
you have to chose between more fat or more sugar, go with the fat.

I’ll make this with FULL FAT ingredients. Thanks.

Good alternative for weight watchers but you still need to be careful with
the sugar content. So one small slice is enough per serving.

yeah fucking right… you call this GUILT FREE?
The cream cheese is full or fat even if you get “low fat” and so is the
condensed milk.. don’t forget the sugar in the condensed milk and the
chocolate chips.. your better off eating an apple with caramel…
    Nice try though…

I think you might have accidentally swapped soundtracks with an action
movie. Somewhere there are two guys fighting with guns on the top of a
building to some nice calm cooking music.

This guilt-free peanut butter pie is out of control!

Idk about anyone else but doesn’t it seem more like a cheesecake sort of
dessert rather than a pie. Obviously a peanut butter version though..

Gotta love a no bake dessert! :)
