What kind of flour did you used ?

I had no flour and no cream or milk, so I used Greek YOGURT, about 1/3 cup, which I added at the end, when the mushrooms had cooked in their oil-butter-onion and garlic bed for no more than than 15 minutes, and it turned out wonderful, it was eaten up in 5 minutes

Okay, so for cream, do I use heavy cream?? Or half and half one???

have put the flour in with the onions and mushrooms before the milk.that way the raw flour taste cooks off

Fantastic on its own or as a base. I like the fact that it is easy to make the sauce and one can add what one wishes. I like it with tagliatelle, some bacon and parmesan.
