    I bought the book first and haven’t regretted it at all! I made two batches
    of rejuvelac and one was in the real heat of summer so I thought it would
    be ‘off’ but it was absolutely the best and lasted for weeks!

    I think you mentioned palm oil at the beginning of the video. You forgot to
    mention what is happening to orangutans because of the palm oil industry.

    People should stop buying products from companies that use palm oil, like
    H&S, Pantene, Oral-B, etc.

    Amazing demo and a great intro to vegan cheeses, book ordered! So many
    vegan cheeses on the market are just not that good, so this is great!

    I’m not really into cheese as I am more into whipped cream and sour cream
    as well as yogurt. I do like this presentation as it gives me some ideas
    on all the things you can do with cashews which I enjoy in almost any form.

    why vegetarians eat soy? Soy causes many problems. Also carrageenan and
    xantham gum.

    It’s not just about being a vegetarian, you have to be careful what you eat.

    There are healthier alternatives to soy and additives for food and you can
    do all kinds of cheeses

    be working instead of soy… and she didn´t get the answer…
