Mexican Sugar Cookies

Food Ingredients:
1 pound butter 1 3/4 cups sugar 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla Flour

Recipe preparation:
1 Blend butter, sugar and baking soda together until soft. Beat eggs and add vanilla. Gradually add flour until right consistency. Roll out on floured board. Cut out with a drinking glass. Sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 dozen.
