Swedish Pancakes
Food Ingredients:
4 eggs 2 1/2 cups flour 2 1/2 cups milk 2 teaspoons salt 1 tablespoon butter
Recipe preparation:
1 Beat together flour and 2 cups of the milk; add salt. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add remaining milk; combine the two mixtures. 2 In a skillet, melt the butter over low to medium heat. Add melted butter to the batter. Pour a little batter into the skillet and let cook until edges start to lift up. Then flip and cook a little more.
