Jamie, your recipes and tips always rock. I have to tell you and your
amazing team that recently I have watched a video where you teach how to
use the food processor to make pasta Bianco. It seems so easy that me and
my two daughters have decided to try it. Ok it is easy to put flour and
eggs in the processor and wait until we gave a good dough. But it is not so
fun as you say to work 5 to 10 minutes to have a very thin and beautiful
pasta as you show. Nevertheless your recipe to make the sauce is wonderful
and, last but not least, we could have a wonderful summertime lunch at
home, once we are Brazilians an here it is summertime. I swear next time I
will borrow the pasta machine from my mother.
Congrats because you and your wonderful team of cookers, chefs, camera men
and all the people in charge of your channel deserve it. You all are
    inspiring!

I just had a thought occur to me. This channel is all about healthy food
and a healthy living. Maybe incorporating some kind of nutritional fact
spread sheet or something of the kind to help people manage their diet and
make the right decisions as to what they should cook.

Most people tend to go out to the store in order to purchase the
ingredients, so using the argument that the ingredients will be used
anyways and maybe for something more unhealthy shouldn’t be made.
