Meatloaf Recipe – SORTED

This dish is a family favourite all over the world, but isn’t eaten much in the UK… So we had to ask for your help in getting the perfect recipe, and you excelled yourselves!

A combination of pork and beef cooked in a casing of bacon with the flavours of apple, walnut and blue cheese makes this a dish to be proud of. You’ll be wanting to make this asap, especially when you see the egg in the middle!!

    You guys should try the traditional American meat loaf. Just meat, whatever seasonings you'd like, and some ketchup baked on the top.

    I love to have potato, mashed or broiled with meatloaf… also… ketchup and/or hot sauce. But a luscious cream sauce like the one in this video would be amazing on any meatloaf. MM cant forget gravy, it's great for the loaf and 'taters.

    Eggs salteen crackers and beef mixed up then put ketchup on top when first put it in oven then again halfway threw. Cheap easy yummy add herbs if u want

    My mom makes her meatloaf by rolling it with ham and cheese in the middle then she tops it off with ketchup..
