Lemon & Thyme Roasted Chicken – SORTED
A roast dinner is the perfect Sunday meal – but it can sometimes be a bit too heavy.
So we’ve come up with this Lemon and Thyme Roast, which is much lighter and a hell of a lot easier than a traditional roast. The fruity mash and roasted root vegetables will ensure all the family will love it!

Who's cheating roast dinner and making this over the weekend?
oh boy. I put way too much ground nutmeg. D: oh well, it's still taste great! :D
SALT in the chicken ?!
The celeriac that ate Tokyo!! Why are all the vegetables here so small? :(
Greece
To add a bit more lemon to this, you can slice some lemon and put it in the bed of veggies.
Don't you think you should have marinated the chicken for better flavour? I'm only speculating, hope it tasted amazing.
This is probably too personal but i have always wondered which part of the UK do you guys live? Sorry if this is invading your privacy.
Delish looking as ever fellas!
Silly question but do you happen to have any of the nutritional info on any of your recipes?
I'm diabetic but love to cook and try new things. Unfortunately, because of the condition, I need to be careful what I eat. So if you could point us to where it might tell us things like how much sodium, carbs, and so forth that would be Amazing! Thanks in advance! <3
could you use a whole chicken instead of legs??
Oddly, in America the leg is almost superior to the breast in several different preparations, most notably when fried. I prefer leg and thigh off a roast myself.
lol i remember seeing this recipe before
Studding is a whole new term for me? hmmmmm
So…do British people not believe in using hot pads to get stuff out of the oven?
Barry = adorable.
I've never heard of 'bread sauce' before… Definitely gonna try this 🙂 Cheers!
What an innuendo at 4:27!
