    The egg cutter is a great tool i just created-Cut the eggshell in half-It is also use as a Egg Separator- A Egg topper is on the market but it does not come close to that one. The Eggshell can be use for Craft, Decorate the eggshell, use the egg for easter egg decoration-Make delicious egg recipes with- stuff the eggshell with scramble eggs. It create a great Scramble egg dish. Easter Egg decoration.

    Lemon Garlic Chicken is an easy to prepare dish. With only a few ingredients, and quick, no fuss preperation – this is bound to become a family favourite!

    INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

    1 Large Chicken (or 1.5kg of Chicken Pieces)
    2 Lemons
    1/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3-4 Cloves of Garlic (Crushed)
    Salt and Pepper
    2 Teaspoons of Mixed Italian Herbs

    Preperation Time: 5 minutes
    Cooking Time: 1 Hour (or until fully cooked)

    ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

    Tomato Pesto Chicken Pasta Recipe

    I created a delicious recipe. It is affordable and feeds a big family! Don’t forget to subscribe!!

    3 cans diced tomatoes (oregeno,garlic,basil)
    3 cloves garlic
    1-1 1/2 pds chicken
    Jar of basil pesto
    Bag Italian Cheese
    Bag Mozzerella Cheese
    This spaghetti noodles
    Vegetable oil

    Preheat of 400 degrees

    Salt chicken and poke holes in it with fork
    put 6 2 tablespoons of pesto in top of chicken and spread.
    Cover chicken with mozzerella cheese
    Sprinkle Italian cheese on top of that.
    Place in oven 45 minutes- 1 hour

    Pour 3 cans diced tomatoes in saucepan salt to taste
    Mince 3 cloves garlic and add to diced tomatoes.
    Heat tomatoes
    Start pasta 30 minutes before chicken is done.

    Plate noodles
    Diced tomatoes on top.
    Chicken on top of tomatoes.

    Salt to taste.

    In this video Celina shows you how to make a healthier version of everyone’s favorite dish—fried chicken! This delicious recipe uses tapioca flour (which has anti-inflammatory properties) and garbonzo flour which is high in protein. Even if you are not allergic to gluten, this recipe is much healthier and incredibly tasty!

    Like most of Celina’s cooking, this recipe is also gluten-free.

    Ingredients:
    4 organic eggs*
    1 cup garbonzo flour
    1 cup tapioca flour
    ½ cup brown rice flour
    Organic coconut oil
    Spices and salt (optional)
    Bone in split chicken breasts and legs
    * May substitute eggs for ¼ cup ground flaxseed + ¾ cup water

    Recipe:
    – Whisk 4 eggs in a large bowl
    – In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
    – Dip chicken in eggs, then into the dry mixture (repeat optional)
    – Make sure to heat your coconut to a sufficient heat before adding chicken. After the 2nd batch, you’ll probably need to bring the temperature down as the oil will get too hot.

    In today’s video, I’m going to settle the debate of the vegan vs paleo diet. I’m going to cover the pros and cons of both diets and some of these answers might surprise you…

    The paleo diet is one of the most popular diets for cross fit circles and around the country. A paleo diet, aka a “hunter and gatherer diet”, consists of wild caught meats, fruits, some vegetables, which is why it’s great for your health. The negative aspect with the paleo diet, is that you tend to consume too much meat, in my opinion, along with some toxic animal substances found in pork and shrimp. I also don’t think the form of organic food is pushed enough in the paleo diet. However, if followed the right way, you can achieve weight loss and help with autoimmune disease.

    Following the vegan diet allows more minerals, enzymes, and vitamins in your diet. The vegan diet is a raw plant-based diet that is very beneficial for energy levels, alkalizing your body, and reversing certain diseases. The negative aspect with the vegan diet is eating this way long-term. If you eat a vegan diet the majority of your life, you can’t consume vitamin B12, a certain level of amino acids, zinc, vitamin D and other nutrients. Because of this deficiency, if I had to choose between the two diets, I would follow the paleo diet regime.

    My personal diet that I follow is more of a traditional diet, otherwise known as, The GAPS diet. This diet consists of grass-fed dairy like kefir, a lot of vegetables, and a lot of wild meats, etc.

    How I make homemade sausage. **** Recipe below ****

    Ingredients
    3 pounds well-marbled pork butt, cut into 1″ inch pieces then grind
    1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
    1 teaspoon cayenne (or to taste)
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon ground anise
    2 tablespoons freshly chopped Italian parsley leaves
    3 tablespoons dry red wine (I used red wine vinager)
    1/8 tsp Oregano
    2 tablespoons minced garlic
    1/8 thyme
    1 1/2 teaspoons toasted fennel seeds
    2 tsp red pepper seeds

    Pork casings, optional

    Directions

    Grind pork mixture with a medium grind 1/4″ or to your preference. Grind all spices together in a small spice grinder if you got it.
    Then mix with your pork.Put in refridgerator overnite to give spices time to mix.You can fry a patty up to test spices in the morning
    and adjust if you like. Stuff the meat into the casings Twist to makeslinks I prefer 5-6 inch.
    Cook sausage in usual manner, making sure the internal temperature of the sausage links reaches at least 145 degrees F.
    Uncooked sausage can be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 days or freeze and use within 3 months. I prefer natural pork casings
    for this but other types could be used.

    2-2 1/2 lbs of chicken cut into small pieces (I used a combination of breast and thigh meat)
    1 cup apricot jam
    1/2 cup chilli sauce
    1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
    red pepper flakes (optional) I used 1/4 tsp.

    Combine the jam, chilli sauce, crushed pineapple and red pepper flakes together in a bowl.
    Add chicken to crock pot and pour sauce over the chicken.
    Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
    Serve over rice.

    450g Mixed Seafood (we used salmon, cod, haddock, mussels, calamari & prawn)
    600ml Milk
    250ml Double Cream

    1 Tbsp Plain Flour
    1/2 Red Onion (diced)
    1 Potato (roughly 225g – diced)
    1 Red Pepper (diced)
    1 Chilli (finely sliced)
    1 Garlic clove (chopped)
    100g Sweetcorn
    A generous pinch of Paprika
    125ml Spiced Rum
    Fresh Parsley (to serve)
    Crab Claws (Very optional!)

    Christmas is just days away and hectic though the days may seem, there is always a little time for some solid nutritional habits to help you feel and look your best. While you may not have loads of time to prepare fancy meals and snacks, I have one snack option that takes just minutes to make, is delicious and can be served as an appetizer at your next holiday event.

    Personally, I love olives. Even as a child, they were one of my favorite snacks and in today’s Motivational Monday video I am going to show you how you can spice up your olives to boost their flavor and their nutritional value.

    I got this idea after spending too much money at my local Italian market on a similar product and also from my boyfriend Fozzy, who loves to spice up his olives with ingredients he has on hand. It’s so simple… all you need are some of your favorite vegetables and spices and a good quality olive oil, and you are good to go.

    So take a look and see what you think. Like I said, you can serve it at your next party or if you put them in a nice decorative jar, you can bring as a gift to your host at your next invitation.

    Red Rooster restauranteur Marcus Samuelson’s visit to Eric Ripert’s kitchen in On The Table Ep. 6 inspired the chef to make this spicy skirt steak recipe.

    Seared Skirt Steak With Greens And Soy-Ginger Vinaigrette
    In A Small Bowl, Place:
    1 Tablespoon Finely Diced Ginger
    2 Tablespoons Finely Diced Shallots

    Slowly Whisk In:
    1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
    2 Tablespoons Sherry Vinegar
    4 Tablespoons Canola Oil
    1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
    ½ Teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice

    Set Aside

    In 2 10-Inch Skillet Over High Heat, Add:
    2 Tablespoons Of Canola

    On Both Sides Of 2 (2-Pound) Skirt Steaks (Sliced Lengthwise),
    Season With:
    2 Tablespoons Of Herbs De Provence
    Fine Sea Salt
    Freshly Ground White Pepper

    Transfer 2 Fillets Into Each Skillet

    Cook, Turning Once, Approximately 4-6 Minutes
    *Keeping The Steak Rare

    Slice The Steak

    Shingle Over:
    1 Pound Mesclun Greens (Or Another Leafy Green)

    Garnish With:
    ½ Cup Peanuts
