Christina Tosi, the US pastry chef and owner of Momofuku MilkBar in New York, dropped into Breville’s Botany headquarters following her appearance at the World Chef Showcase for the 2012 Crave SMH Sydney International Food Festival. The Momofuku MilkBar is the bakery-inspired dessert branch of David Chang’s Momofuku restaurant group.
