Whether it’s after school, dance class, or football practice, find a quick snack that’s kid approved.
Bite-size Honey Popcorn Balls
What a crowd pleaser! This snack received the highest rating from our kid judges. “It’s the best popcorn I’ve ever had,” says Jack, 10. “I love the popcorn and especially the honey. It gives it a nice glaze.”
Baby Ballpark Dogs
Bring home the ballpark with these mini hot dogs. Our judges agreed that these would be the perfect after-school snack, and you can customize the condiments to your little one’s liking. And if preparing the dough is more than you have time for, simply cut full-size hot dog buns in half.
Fresh Fruit Salad
A nutritious fruit salad is easy to make, and better yet, can serve a crowd of hungry snackers. We added a dollop of whipped topping to our judges’ dishes to sweeten this treat. No complaints there: this recipe topped the charts for taste!
Microwave Snack Mix
What’s not to love about a kid-friendly snack you can prepare in the microwave? We took the average mix to the next level by adding Ranch dressing for an extra punch of flavor. Keep your kids satisfied throughout the week by making this recipe, storing in an airtight container, and serving again and again.
Yogurt and Granola Parfait
Three ingredients and a fun presentation make this snack hard to resist. Our judges thought this parfait would be tasty for breakfast, and also suggested adding their favorite fresh fruits to the healthy concoction.
