I wanted to incorporate a non-Thai vegetable into a Thai dish, and I loved the result! The earthy flavour of kale pairs wonderfully with this rustic, street-style fried rice. It’s also super quick and easy to make!

I tried this one 3 days ago..It turned so good. since I dont have dark soy sauce, I used kecap manis instead. It is still good. Thanks a lot for the delicious videos! :)
