    Buying crackers is inordinately expensive, thought to myself “Self I could
    just as well make these myself and not have to pay Nabisco” SOOOOOO that’s
    what I intend to do.

    Unfortunately they aren’t interchangeable. You can omit the nutritional
    yeast flakes, but they add great flavor. Regular yeast will make the dough
    rise, which you don’t want. Nutritional yeast is an inactive form, and
    added as a flavor enhancer (it also has B vitamins and protein).

    Can you use all whole wheat flour or will they not be the same? Thanks for
    the recipe!

    Great idea! Thanks! Just thinking: once you make the dough, let it rest for
    ~15 minutes for the glutten in it to relax a bit, then it will be easier
    and faster to roll on your baking sheet.

    No problem! You can use all whole wheat flour, but we thought that they
    were better with half wheat.

    really bummed, thought with most all the videos being healthy like vegan
    and gluten free this one would of been gf too
