Juicy Whole Chicken Legs Cooked in the Toaster Oven-Easy Recipe

This is an easy chicken recipe. I simply seasoned these whole chicken legs with some Adobo seasoning and cooked them in my toaster oven. These chicken legs, and thighs, turned out very juicy. The the toaster oven is an easy way to cook some awesome tasting chicken. This is another one of my easy toaster oven recipes. Nice and easy way to cook but you gotta drain some of that grease off! Not just for not having grease everywhere but also for your health! 😀 Other than that, looks good, keep it up!

Great looking Chicken TinMann! I love me some chicken, but I prefer white meat. Though if I do a whole chicken I had the dark meat into chicken and dumplings. That doesn't bother me. I make really good moist and juicy chicken breasts! Last night we tried using a pickle juice brine on chicken breasts and it was delicious! Moist juicy flavorful! If you like pickles, or pickle juice give it a try. For one chicken breast I used a Tsp. of brown sugar and 1 cup of pickle juice and marinaded it for 2 hrs. I think it needs more time marinading, but it's up to you. After it came outta the fridge I completely dried it off and just sprinkled garlic powder, onion powder and pepper all over the chicken, no salt needed, and baked it. Like I said it was delicious! Take Care :D

I'm going to make a whole chicken today. I'll look for adobo seasoning when we go shopping. It looks great TTM and TY for sharing.

Looks amazing! You got me hooked on the Adobo, it's a great seasoning and I agree that somehow it makes meat juicer. Gotta love thighs! Hehe.
