    Do you add water to the beaten eggs?

    Also do you add.salt and pepper to the beaten eggs or after there done cooking?

    Don't know if you'll reply or not but I made the scrambled eggs with butter instead of coconut oil. This is my first time making scrambled eggs and they turned a sort of grayish brown, almost making them like a pastel yellow. Even while I was mixing the yolks with the egg whites, it turned a lighter yellow. What did I do wrong?

    i use milk or cream depending on which one i have, cheese, butter and salt, and parsley. sometime i add frozen stir friy veggies or steak if i have leftover meat
