    I love people who tell you one way, and show the exact opposite. 
    She says to cut across the grain of meat (correct way) , but then proceeded to slice (the wrong way)  WITH the grain at 1.01 mark.

    I'm sure it taste the same.  Just a matter of texture and tenderness of meat. 
    With the grain slice= stringy.  Across grain= very tender.  Your choice.

    I like putting it into the slow cooker.  No matter how you cut it (against the grain/with the grain) that slow cooker will make it tender!
