Easy to make restaurant style chicken strips

Safety Precautions:
-1)Be sure that your chicken tender is dry and fully thawed not partially frozen or have ice crystals this can make your oil go out of control and cause a grease fire. If the oil smokes turn heat down or off if oil catches fire, cover it with a pan lid or cookie sheet. You can use baking soda or flour to put out any grease fires

-2)Choose your cooking oil carefully. Oils with high ‘smoke points’, in other words, those which do not break down at high temperatures, are best

– 3)Recommended Frying Oils: Canola Oil (used in video),Peanut Oil,Corn Oil -Not Recommended Frying Oils: Olive Oil. Sesame Seed Oil, Butter/ Margarine

Be Sure that your chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees or more

Nice easy instructions but the music and constant fading out distracted from the main point of the video… Just imo.

Good demo! I did notice one thing which caused my heart beat a bit faster. How close your apron strings came to the handle of the pan containing hot oil! Please, always remember to turn the handles of any pot containing hot oil, water, food, whatever, completely away from you and the front of the stove, so that there is no change of your clothing catching onto it or child grab. I saw such an accident happen, causing terrible burns to a large part of her body (buttock, hip and foot).
