How to make Caribbean style stewed chicken, using a traditional recipe from Trinidad and Tobago. Trini stew chicken is one of those classic chicken dishes you’d often see prepared for the biggest meal of the week, Sunday lunch. Stew chicken cooked this way is a bit different than Jamaican brown stew chicken, but it’s prepared the same way on the rest of the islands of the Caribbean.

Hey Chris I love your video. I been making thus stew for a few months now
and it tastes great. Recently I decided to scale back on the amount of salt
I am using in my food. Is there a salt alternative I can use that will add
the same amount of flavor? Your help is appreciated
As always “Good Cooking”, Chris, I need to know where did you purchased
your iron pot, in Queens, NY or Trinidad?
