this is exactly how i do it, put it in pressure cooker take out the bones
to clean the meat on them and eat it because as you said, delicious….and
after i let the bone broth cool on the counter in the cooker, when it is
room temperature the fat is gathered on top and frozen so i remove it and
keep it for cooking. It helps me on the calorie counting, i know most paleo
don’t do it, but i do ,helps to keep control :P

Loved youre video. But i have heard that the broth should not boil. Not
even simmer. I have heart that it destroys its nutrients and gelatinous
capabilities. From what i have heard it should only be on very low heat for
several days. What do you think about this??

Nice video. I’ll be making some pressure cooker broth this week end with
some neck bones I picked up today. Do you always make it with no
vegetables? I like to put carrots, celery and onions in mine. I have never
even made it without them. Maybe I’ll give it a try this time. I’m sure it
    will still be amazing.

good that i found you !! that other guy made the whole procedure too
complicated by adding crazy vegetables as well as discussing the freedom of
animal ahh lets not go there lol…. awesome stuff. I am really looking
forward in bursting one of my mom’s pressure cookers and you are too cute
and confident !! great work :)

Great video. Can you eat the meat or do you have to throw it away when you

Now take those “used” bones and put them in a slow cooker on high for at
least 12 hours, but 24 hours is best.

What would be the best uses for the ?tallow fat that forms on the top of
the broth. Is it ok to use instead of butter, or can I make candles?
(Just joking about the candles). Thank you for your video, you are
    fantastic.
