@aarun10 Well I dont know about washing, but definitely cooking. When u
cook with tap water everything reduces and you get all that fluoride (a
poison) and other impurities in your food. I use spring water when doing
something like this or when its all going to be absorbed. I dont when doing
a bath like pasta etc.
Quinoa! So simple, so delicious.
Amazing food stuff! Should be growing this in-stead of corn (where
applicable that is)!!!
amazing food stuff. Largely lost to most… should be growing this in stead
of corn!!!!
Thank you for the video and hope you like my recipe al dente!!! 1 open pan
1 table spoon olive oil 1 cup of quinoa 1 cup of boiling water salt if you
like Gently fry the quinoa until the bottom of the pan gets rough and the
quinoa brights, then add the water and when starts boiling put fire on
minimun and cover for 13 minutes. Sit it before serving and add salt and if
you wish. Bon appétit!!!
I’m looking forward to trying this. Thankyou for the information!
what about salt ?

cook it. Some one said to cook it like rice but I would of burned it 🙂

@Paint4ever2 You can add a bit of sea salt for better tasting.
I just bought some in bulk….do I need to rinse it for longer than the
video shows? I read somewhere you should let it soak for several hours….
