I melt chocolate in the microwave. Easy peasy, super fast, and just as good as a bain marie.
If the flower pot was also made of chocolate, that would've made it even better!
I wish he told us what chocolate he was using.. :/ as there are so many shitty brands.. out there!
eeesh, poisonous chamicals with your chocolate seems like a typical "don't do this at home".
Remembering where i came from
He's kinda hot….
I would like to know why chocolate can be a trigger for a migraine or should i ask what part of the chocolate
he really likes popping candy, it's in virtually every video
Heston is a fag
i like food as it naturally is ,unpretentious and simple, not a chemical concoction of crap.
Can someone please name the wine Heston uses for his frozen wine-chocolate.
watch out for bittering agents in the duster spray – that'd make the chocolate taste awful !!
Questions for all the people that have played with this recipe (the cake):
Does the biscuit to butter ratio seem off? As in too little butter? Would graham cracker substitute the same amount?
Would raspberries do a good job as an acidic substitute to passionfruit? I know they have an affinity as well?
Last, and most curious. How important is the custard? Could I use custard powder or premade pudding?
I normally experiment but this is an expensive and time consuming recipe, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Hey guys, I'm sorry but at 14:06 what does Heston say he adds as a final touch for the hot chocolate?! I can't quite understand as English is not my first language. Thanks to everyone that will reply! :)
How much chocolate does he use for the ganache cake?
