If anyone can help please feel free. I proofed the yeast and it was perfect
and I measured the ingredients to level and hand knead my dough for 20
minutes and placed in a warm dry spot. But it’s rising extremely slowly?
Its been 3.5 hours and still hasn’t fully risen and it’s the first rise.
Does anyone know why? Or have tips? thanks :)

You’re using whole wheat flour, right? Not whole wheat pastry flour? I hope

Hi Laura, can this bread be made with olive oil?
laura can I use same ingrdients for wheat brown rolls plz reply
dry milk has too much salt Could I use something else. Thank you!!
Any substitutes for milk powder? :)
This is the best bread receipe I’ve ever made. It’s just perfect.
I make every 2 days a double batch, slice it en put it in the freezer.
I think the milkpowder and the shortening make it fluffy and yummie! I do
have to say I’ve reduced a little bit of the honey, it was a little bit to
sweet for me. But I kept the rest of the receipe exactly the same.
Thanks Laura…
