This is my recipe for healthy “fried” chicken. It is actually a roasted chicken recipe, but has the same taste and texture as fried chicken, and without the added extra fat from frying. It is very easy to make and tastes wonderful.
Ingredients
4-6 chicken thighs
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp chili powder
3 tbsp all purpose flour
3 tbsp bread crumbs
3 tbsp semolina
