    Can I prepare them for the whole week and then pour them in jars so that I
    can just grab one and deink one everydayand refrigerate them or will they
    go bad after a couple of days

    What if u can’t have seeds? What fruit could you substitute?

    Simple if you want a healthier breakfast just use 1/2- 3/4 of the banana,
    5-6 stawberries, oats not needed but if you want then go for it, don’t use
    milk, replace it with water and put about 6 ice cubes to make the drink
    thicker. This is about 105-115 calories without the oats and milk taste
    just as good and it’s thicker because of the ice.

    I have a question Di…I just recently made a decision to begin juicing after
    the holidays……I know there are 100 different blenders out there which makes
    me nuts…I know you do tons of cooking and was hoping you could recommend a
    juicer that does just that? They say certain ones leave your drink gritty…
    others leave the peel of the fruit which makes it hard to drink. I can’t
    say I spend a lot of time in my kitchen cooking..I live alone and the
    bottom line is I need to focus on healthier eating habits Do you juice and
    if you do, what do you use? Thanks for any help you can give to me : ) By
    the way I am new to your channel and love it!!!
