Haleem is one of the favorite winter dishes of Afghanistan. The recipe uses meat (chicken,Lamb) with combination of Wheat or Oatmeal and Sticky Rice to create a delicious dish.
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast – 2 Lbs
Sticky Rice – 1 Lb
Oatmeal 2 Lbs
Canola oil – as needed
Sugar – as needed
Onion – 1 x whole
Cardamom – as needed
Cinnamon Powder – as needed
