    Loved the series! Everything was very helpful. One thing that stood out to
    me is your tip on starting your meal prep journey by prepping the meal you
    would normally grab something unhealthy in. I usually prep lunch or dinner
    but sweets are my downfall every day! Haha definitely doing more healthy

    crap. i just meal prepped today and just had grilled chicken breast (like i
