Grilled Sesame Chicken
Food Ingredients:
1 chicken thigh or half a spring chicken per person Marinade: 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 2 teaspoons honey 2 teaspoons sesame seeds salt & pepper to taste
Recipe preparation:
1 Wipe dry the chicken. 2 Season with salt and pepper. 3 Mix marinade together and rub onto chicken. 4 Preheat grill and when hot, place chicken under it. 5 If you do not have a grill, roast it in your oven. 6 Cook till golden brown, turning chicken over once and basting it with marinade occasionally.
