you could actually grill the cheese by using halumi (a firm greek cheese popular for grilling). cut it 5mm thick and sandwich another cheese or mix of cheeses in the middle. then you could actually grill the cheese sandwich (a sandwich made entirely of cheese).Â
you could then add the cheese to grilled bread like you did… that would be good.

well, it kinda depends on how you separate the words…. Grilled Cheese-Sandwich and a Grilled-Cheese Sandwich are two different things. Kinda like eating someone and eating WITH someone
