Fresh Black Bean Dip
Food Ingredients:
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained) 1 plum tomato (seeded and chopped) 1/4 cup red onion (chopped) a couple of pcs of jalapenos (depending on how you like it) 1 tablespoon cilantro (chopped) 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin a couple of shakes of hot sauce (depending on how you like it) salt and pepper to taste 1 lime (juice)
Recipe preparation:
1 Mix everything in a food processor until the desired consistency. We liked ours a bit creamy with some chunks of black beans.
