Just made this, was pretty damn good lol. I sprinkled sharp cheddar cheese
on the top and added jalapeno slices along with the tomato for some kick
and color. One tip for everyone else though, don’t fill it nearly too close
to the top like I did haha. Maybe I did something wrong, but they inflated
to cupcake proportions in the oven and I had a tiny bit of burnt mess on
the bottom of my oven. They came out perfect after calming down though lol.

HILARIOUS…. ain’t nobody got time for that is RIGHT… one main reason I
get off track (and I’m sure many others) is the boring meals we eat. One
because they’re the ones always promoted, two because we have no idea of
what else to eat…and some of the recipe ingredients are hard to find so
when we do shop for ingredients our pantries are incomplete and the
ingredients we have tend to just sit there waiting for us/me to find the
    others.
    Thank you, you inspire me.

Now this is great. I never would have thought of this. I think I’ll have
to add some “claras de huevo” to one of my recipes in the future. Thanks
    for the vid.

I made this last night. Gotta say it looks easier than it was. The taste
was ok. I will say this. In the 5 oz or so I had of it, I was full and I
have been full for 3+ hours. Glad I tried it.
