Till a few years back,four kinds of taste buds were recognized on the tongue-sweet sour bitter and salt..of late, a fifth taste receptor has been added to that little list and that is IMAMI ….a Japanese researcher,almost a century back who isolated MSG from sea weed noticed a different taste when it was added to food..and now, a DEFINITE receptor has been found for it….:):)
Let me "pull rank" as they would say in an Army—I am doctor and I was recently studying for licensing exams in Canada and looked up the whole issue of MSG after reading a Physiology text!:):):)
" Cause and effect" research in medicine is done under very RIGOROUS standards…what passed off as "Chinese restaurant syndrome" with the use of MSG does not have grounds in rigorous research.
MSG has even a higher toxic dose levels than common salt?:):)

MSG is more dangerous than you think. Guess why restaurant food, including Indian tastes "good". It is MSG. This is linked to a multitude of issues from migraines to birth defects.

I tried this recipe. I did not get the outer part like KFC or as shown in your video. The outer part was just like how it will be for Aloo bajji . Just plain outer cover. Can you please tell me what went wrong?? I followed exact recipe as shown in video
