This recipe makes 5 big servings! Price per serving is by Whole Foods pricing. That is 3 cups for 300 calories! It’s actually just .70 for a cup. Enjoy! Add in some brown rice for a super cheap din din.

One cup is about 100 calories. I recommend 2-3 cups as a serving and enjoy by itself, over brown rice or with some Naan.

This dish is calling my name! So easy and healthy. I’ve been a vegetarian
for a long time and I’m transitioning to eating a moderate amount of meat,
but do not have experience cooking it so this really takes out the guess
work. Question: I have some frozen turkey breast I’d like to use up – think
it would work well in this dish instead of chicken? Thank you, Sarah!
