Just cooked this yesterday using S&B Golden Curry, it tasted like superb.
The taste is kinda near our Philippine Caldereta from the spaniards. but
this is the best. we used Pork Loin, 😀

Ok so I tried this with chicken, and it was so good.. I didn’t put all the
extras at the end except for ketchup and soy sauce .. Today I’m doing the
beef! Thanks for the recipe it’s really easy.. I’m not one for complicated
    dishes.. Lol

why would you wait until the end to add all the curry flavor…. add a
brick in the beginning while the meat and veggies boil… it will give it
    so much more flavor

The use of skirt steak is the one I am looking for since I do not know much
of the terms of beef cuts, use of stew sounds okay. The recipe looked like
it is the same as the Indian recipe except that they used “cumin” something
I do not like because of the smell, is it? Thank you Ladies for sharing.

  15. Dann Santos
