I found out the secret from our local authentic Cuban sandwich shop. Make it exactly like you did but instead of straight mustard mix 50/50 mayonnaise and mustard in a separate bowl and use that instead of straight mustard.
hey Smokey Ribs you really got it going on….I have watched all your Pit Barrel Cooker videos…you see mine will be delivered tomorrow…cant wait to try all of your methods and recipes…Have Kamado joe…but too small for ribs …i like to do 6 racks at a time…I see in project smoke Richlen uses lump on hisPit Barrel Cooker…seems to work fine maybe a little hotter…Just released last july 5th…he did jamacan jerk ribs….Keep it up Smokey Ribs…you are one of the best….
