I can’t wait to try this. Please confirm, will it be ok to grate the
potatoes myself instead of using frozen or refigerator hashbrowns – if so,
do I need to do anything differrent? In advance, Thx!

You should call this the “Make the Night Before Breakfast Caserole”

Thank you for your question. A dozen eggs is 12 eggs.

My sister has a very similar recipe as yours. What’s nice about it is that
she changes it up with so many things from year to year. She serves it
during the holidays usually, because that’s when everybody gets together.
We also call it “The Night Before Christmas Casserole.”

more from you two! Question, how do you think sweet potatoes would work
    instead of russet/white potatoes?

Thank you for your question. It would be perfectly fine to grate your own
