    Listen when he opens the oven door. I hear a convection fan blowing. There is definitely a fan in there, but I dont think I heard him give the temperature if not using convection. There is big difference. So, if you tried the recipe and your roast wasnt fully cooked, that is most likely the reason.

    Thanks for this great video. Would the oven temp for fan forced be 200 for crackling and 150 for the slow roasting?

    follow up to below comment…I had to crank the heat up to 450 degrees for the pork to cook otherwise we'd still be waiting…not the best recipe and the veg had trouble cooking…and no theres nothing wrong with my cooker…its new

    I have my pork in the oven now…1 hour to go before I take the foil off…crackling is soft…so not happy…will update you on it
