Can I use shaoxian wine instead of sherry cooking wine?
Thanks for giving me the knowledge on how to make all my favorite Asian
dishes! I see you like to cook with the non stick. I have a 14″ traditional
hammered wok is this OK to use or should I go buy a good non stick wok?
Thanks.

Mr Tom Lin.
Excellent Tom !
I’m a white guy just learning to cook Asian food and this video is great. I
really like your style of teaching and I appreciate that you don’t have
crazy music playing in the background to distract like so many other
cooking tutorials do.
I subscribed :)

Thanks for the recipe chef Lin, really enjoyed this. Would this same recipe
work as well with chicken or pork?
Thanks Chef Tom, I find it hard to cook for one or two people so I
appreciate when the portions are small like this.
