onto the towel method from Rachel Ray. I have a weird aversion to making
quesadillas because of the cheese, yet I eat cheese on its own all the time
anyway. Weird how we do stuff like that. Those look really yummy! Love the
cooking videos!Looks yummo! I use orange bell peppers and onions sauted and add some baby
spinach at the end with cheese and meat as you did, love the spinach in it.

use for the Ezekial Tortillas. I have tried to use these tortillas in
conventional wraps, but sometimes they tend to crack on me as I roll them
up…I need to look for those chicken strips at my Trader Joe’s. I hope
they aren’t too expensive as I am on a very tight budget right now. This
video’s visuals are great. Loved the blurry fade-outs and the close-ups are
clear!
