Chicken Pesto Flatbread Pizza topped with artichokes is a super easy dinner with this quick bread dough recipe. Using Mezzetta grilled artichokes gives a smokey flavor, on top of the quick to the finish line Mezzetta Pesto sauce, a favorite, to save the time, trouble and bit mess of trying to make it from scratch. Pizza is great, but this flatbread gives you more topping per bite! My favorite! Pesto is a great base for flatbread, then the mozzarella, chicken and the crowning glory – Mezzetta Roasted Artichokes! Roasted Artichokes give a smokey flavor to this great flatbread pizza recipe. I’ve included the homemade pizza dough for extra time savings in the way this one is made so you can get your dinner on the table fast.
